Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. Tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same show subject to availability, and on payment of a transaction charge. Exchanges are free to Loft members and to season ticket holders.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder.
Information regarding the show is correct at the time of publication. The Loft Theatre cannot be held responsible for late changes to programming and casting.
Concessions:
Concession price applies to Over 60s and Patrons on benefits
Student Price to those under 25.
All offers and discounts are subject to availability. The Loft Theatre reserves the right to add or remove discounts at any time, only one discount type applies per ticket, proof of status must be shown. No ticket refunds will be given on the announcement of a subsequent special offer.
Latecomers: Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats. Latecomers may be asked to sit in seats other than those booked. On some occasions it may be impossible to admit latecomers until the interval.
